The account may be subject to variation on final price originally quoted: change of job discription by customer, metal, Dirt, Dried sap or foreign materials in wood, Bees & Insects, Termite infested wood not noticed upon quoting - Damage from the above mentioned, Equipment, chainsaw chains & Stump Cutter Teeth, Chipper Knifes ect ect caused by unforeseen reasons.
Materials pricing are subject to chance at any time.
All ground damage will not be made liable to All Purpose Tree Services. Timber boards are available at a cost.
Cut to approximately ground level:
This involves completely removing the tree but leaving the stump. The tree will be cut as close as possible to the existing ground surface.
When stump grinding No responsability will be made liable to All Purpose Tree Services for any underground utilities damaged. Stump cuttings waste removal is not included in standard fee.
Cancelling a job within 7 days of a booked work date after accepting quote will incur a fee of $330 + gst per contractor.
- Safety notifications
please keep surrounding area accessible & animals tied up or secured in a safe area away from working space. When possible clear the area below and around tree including mowing the lawns and picking up the dog poo - pot plants, clothes lines ect.
Please notify all persons on property and surrounding neighbours of work being carried out for safety/health reasons. eg Noise, Falling objects, Saw dust and work Vehicles.
Traffic management costing will be charged to client if needed for safe work.
$50 admin fee will be charged for every 14 days the invoice is unpaid in full.
Oversized and contaminated green waste is charged at $110 per tonne. Plus the hourly rate.
All wood cut remains property of All Purpose Tree Services unless specified otherwise.
Payment Options -
10% deposit to book a spot in my calender on accepting quote. If you cancel our booking there will be a $110 administrative fee and the remains balance will be refunded.
40% before start date and the balance to be paid in full on completion of the job.
If the deposit has not been made previous to job being started this will attract a 5% fee on top of total invoice.
The remainder amount Payable upon completion of job.
